There could be a number ways to bring that private plane down & judging from the plane trajectory it looks like a dive bomber on a suicide mission. There could've been a way to plant a trigger mechanism by way of detecting a reduction in altitude to poison the passengers. Once they climbed at a given altitude the mechanism is armed and once they've reached that point the poison will do it's job. There is a purely mechanical explanation for the dive. Someone with access to the aircraft placed a device on the elevator control cable that locked the elevator into a dive. The device was controlled by an altimeter and a clock. The hypothetical settings could have been below 2200 feet sometime after 9:00PM. It also could have been radio controlled.
