It's really scary that there are people that are that stupid... Bill Maher is awesome and this is exactly what people need to see. Being religious is one thing, but having people who believe such foolish nonsense in political office is a frightening thing. And oh yeah... that reporting was freaking awful

Polls are poorly done. To simply ask if someone believes in God and if they answer 'yes' does not make them religious or even faith-based; they may be simply 'theists" or in many cases even rationalist "Deists". Bill was himself deistic till a couple years ago...he affirmed a leaning towards belief in a non-personal first cause God or force. He's less incluined in that direction now, but it's not simply belief in a Creator/God that bugs him, it's faith-based theistic revealed religious baloney.

...he's not proving anyone's wrong he's just saying you're not right.. You say your god is the only god, what about Buddha or Allah? Why cant people stop making up their own stupid answers to things they don't know? Why cant they just say idk for once. Then we wouldn't have religious slaughtering and acts of evil done in the name of religion. oppressing gay people and people of other faiths, people would learn real knowledge. Sorry but I think your living proof of that last point i made.

I saw the movie last Thursday. I am happy to say that I enjoyed the film and I think Larry Charles Rocks. Bill Maher was brilliant in the PARK! See it if you can.

religulous is a really good movie that EVERYONE should see, despite your beliefs. he does make some really good points especially the end message of the movie, is something we can ALL relate too and should NOT ignore any longer.

even though 9/11 was executed by religious fanatics, this and his movie are about religion as a whole and how silly and dangerous it is and can be. Religion and Separatism have been the cause of more death than destruction since man started walking the earth. Bill Maher is just speaking the truth. But not many people want to think or belive that when you die thats it. I dont agree with everything that he has said in the past but this I do and he has balls to say it.

I'm sure most people whom believe in Entities beyond ourselves are harmless, careing individuals. Opinions of "what is the Grand Sceme" are like assholes, we all got 1, and they all stink. I believe the KJV of God's word was created/misinterpited to gain rule and keep peasants blinded. I believe Atheist Extremists like Bill Maher's (film) are just as guilty. Anyone that would argue the debate of existance outside the universe or inside the cell is an extremist. On both sides I have friends.
