Nice clip. Actually, the people of ancient Latuim were the first latins, later the Romans accepted them as citizens. You are factually wrong in in claiming the people latin america are not latin. You contradict yourself, first, by using the words "latin" and "culture" as if they were racial terms - they have never been. Language is part of CULTURE, and therefore spanish speaking people of the americas have inherited latin CULTURE - they are latin.
