Somehow, I think I rather watch Fantasia and Fantasia 2000 than this. Sorry to say but I just dislike some parts of this like the part where Pocahontas kisses with the guy and it's only in video format. I think that WDW's is good in its own way, but if you liked this you would love Disneyland's version. It just seems so much more magical. This version has some longer parts, but to me they are over kill. But thanks for the great video!

wow looks amazing,I watched all 3. I'm so mad my family didn't go see it our last trip. The only thing I didn't like was damn Lilo and Stitch on the boat at the end. Disney is using them way too much, in parades and the ride, ugh I hate them. And I bought a thing that said Diseny 2007 on it and it had mickey and goofey and everybody, and instead of pluto, it had sticth. Sorry just had to tell you. great footage!!

That's not necessarily true. In Joplin's "School of Ragtime" it was indicated that tempos should be slow, but that was for the learning process -- so not to screw up the syncopation. It was common that ragtime tempo was picked up significantly by the experts, even Joplin himself ... it is a lively genre of music and should be played as such.

There is no "correct way". It's definitely a matter of opinion, and it depends greatly on who you ask. Listening to early cylinders, discs, and piano rolls of ragtime piano, performances are stylistically diverse. That's part of what's so great about ragtime piano - every player and composer has their own distinct approach.

my mom nad i were the last ppl on this ride last year and they had the parade so no one was there and they were playing music. it was funny cuz at the beginning of the ride a dude who worked ther was dancing around and my mom joined him and then at the end this one dude was pretending to hav a hook on his hand and i went up to him and he had a "hook-made-out-of-your-finger" fight it was really fun! ^-^

I went to WDW around the same time that this video was shot, and it was my first time riding the ride since the refurbishment. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by it. I am usually a sucker for the classics, but they did an exceptional job incorporating the movie into this classic ride.

I love this ride! The drop adds a little suprise to it too! I've heard the new additions with Jack Sparrow are really realistic...I sadly haven't seen them in person yet. Soon enough I guess, hehe.

One of the best rides EVER!! And as a long time Disney fan way before the days of Captain Jack, I think it's even better with him and the other movie characters. I do however wish they'd change the dialoge. I don't care for Barbossa and his crew actually LOOKING for Jack. Makes it seem like the whole pirate world centers around him. Other than that, the new version is AWESOME!

I just got back from Disney World and saw this parade twice. The parade is uplifting and magical with the music getting stuck in your head. I also saw the night parade there. The night parade was absolutely incredible. I also saw the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom and Epcot Center. The Epcot Center fireworks were unlike anything I had ever seen.

I just went to Disney last week and we saw that parade and the fireworks. Let me tell you, it is phenomenal! The song is very catchy and the entire place just makes you feel like a kid again. Were you in Frontierland while taking this video? it sure looks like it...

I agree! When I saw this...I was like...my gosh do they ever get new floats? This is the exact same parade...and they reuse a lot of these floats in the Halloween and Christmas parades too! i like it in Disneyland they're very fresh =P

Epcot... cause I will be working there. LOL. No. Just kidding. If you can only get to one you should go to Magic Kingdom. If you have 4 days there try to get to all four though. Each park has something awesome to share. Magic Kingdom is the fantasy of the Disney Magic. Epcot is very real world stuff. MGM (Disney) Studios is all about looking behind the scenes on how things are done for TV and film. Animal Kingdom is as you might guess all about Animals. Hope you have a Magical Time there.

I actually applied to be an imagineer many years ago. I was told in a nice letter that they only hire artists out of USC. That policy may have changed. You should try contacting Disney Studios in Burbank California. They could probably give you the info you need to make your dream come true. Good Luck!

Glad you liked it. I had a good time making it. If you want a good idea to keep your 7rd old occupied try having her look for Hidden Mickeys ( Mickeys profile or the classic three circle mickey) around the parks. I make it a mission to find new ones each time i visit.
