You could do this AS your cardio, but should try and build up to 20-30 minutes...I would throw in a Medicine Ball during the squat thrust (1st movement) Lift the ball overhead, drop down, hit push up, and pick up the ball on your way up and lift it overhead (THAT is the Ultimate Squat Thrust). Add some additional moves (crunches/ tricept dips ona chair/ lying leg cross overs) to work up to the 20 min mark, as doing only these 4 moves would get pretty boring.

ive done this everyday for a week now and i've lost weight..but then again i also only eat 1500 calories a day, burn a tiny bit of that off by doing this exercise...i also eat nothing with flavor..except for grapes, apples, and bananas for breakfast and lunch...then boiled chicken legs in a salad with carrots for dinner..after that nothing...perhaps thats something u guys should try if you want to lose weight...try a laxative here and there too.
