When I was a little kid, I was often teased in school because my parents ate only organic-vegan foods, and I was, too. I hated them, until I realized in 7th grade that I was the onlt kid in my class who didn't look "ill." Even the skinny kids had no muscle (except the ones in sports) so many kids look so sickning, it's not just fat, it's the black circles around their eyes, the lethargicness, and it's so sad! I weighed 89 (just a little more than the 2 year old boy)lbs at 13 and then again in my early 30's, and while I'm a bit bigger than that right now, I'm *supposed* to weigh 115 (which is just a little under what the 4 year old weighs). Its hard for me to even get my mind around the idea little kids like that weighing the same as adult weights like this.

The mother probably fed the baby lots and lots of fruits. Too much of ANYTHING can get you fat even water....yes...even water. Always eat little amounts everyday for breakfast and lunch and dinner. And exercise. Walking is the best way to lose calories. I lost 13 pounds in about a month dat way. It was pretty awesome.

I am 5'0" was 89 lbs at 13 (and then again at about age 32 because I lost too much weight then and because I never got taller). I am curious how tall Perpexal is at 12 years old (I'm still trying to figure out when people are normaly 5'0" at what age). Now I am 44 and about 20 overweight (still 5'0", and supposed to weigh about 115). I once got up to 175 lbs and could not walk (small-boned plus other isues). I can't even imagine being 212, how do they even walk their little bodies at all?
