Custom fabricated intercooler aluminium end tank. AC Tig Welding with pulse for the first time. After some serius training I did last week. IŽam rather happy with the good results of the pulse welding puddle style.
Is this Blues Pulse fabrication..ehh? Pulse Duration? Background current Amperage blues? Pulse settings shown in the movie. Welding machine is a Migatronic PI 250Tig.

I was inspired by Alex good looking t-joint tig weld yesterday.
I just had to tig weld a 2.5mm aluminium T-joint with pulse. Pulse settings and final weld puddle shown in movie.
After the welding I was so happy with the weld puddle that I was extra happy for at least 3 hours...
