I am rather suprised that Perez is so intelligent sounding. He comes off as a total moron in most of his interviews. Here he is actually a NORMAL guy. It's on youtube because Martha Stewart is a cultural icon, and people want video bits of her ideas and her shows. This looks like a good recipe. Sometimes I've found MS recipes to not work quite the way they should, but this one is good. The suggested gingersnaps would overpower the key lime flavors though. The snap of ginger is fine, but I might do that with only a few snaps in the crust and a bit of crystallized ginger on top.

I agree on finding an alternative for using the pumpkins as food so they aren't completely wasted if possible--good suggestions. Each one of us can personally help the less fortunate by volunteering or donating food, plenty of opportunities coming up for that with Thanksgiving approaching and one person does make a difference.

agreed. I'm from Kentucky. My people know what real cornbread dressing is. It's best when it's simple. My mama makes the best cornbread dressing ever and she doesn't use no crazy shit like crasins or apples or even a RED onion? No self respecting southerner would put a red onion in dressing. Sweet onions are best! I'm disappointed at most of the cornbread dressing recipes I've come across on Youtube.

I actually enjoyed this much better than whatevermartha3 which I watched yesterday, the girls were making terrible fun of a clown. :( It's better when they just make fun of Martha, since it was apparently Martha's show concept...but don't make fun of the other guests. I don't think she means to talk over her guests at all, but I couldn't even tell that she was doing such a thing. I've watched past segments of her show, and she didn't talk over her guests then. I don't think she was being rude by eating his artwork, one of the guy's artwork was edible, if the mixer in use was any indication. She was sampling that one piece and he didn't seem fazed by it.

Actually, what this guy does is a real job. It may not fit the mould of what society considers to be a "real job" like the one you have, but maybe you can think up of something like this and make money off of it. If you're complaining about time, then you have to make time, which is easier said than done.
