Well, if you've paid attention to most of the videos that are on Youtube, there is a slight delay between the video and the audio. I get the same problem sometimes when I upload videos and I don't understand why the technicalities haven't been sorted out.

wow. no one ever really SINGS in music videos... it's all lip-syncing. most videos when edited slow down the frame rate so the singer is actually lip singing slower than normal, but the song is still the same speed. i'm sorry but that comment was just stupid. don't flame her for doing horrible lip singing.
