Personally The only Aus built car I would have would be an XA/XB Falcon Hardtop. I would drive a Hyundai before I jumped in a US built car tho. Saying i'm bias is moronic considering you are too!! Australian and American cars aren't much alike anymore, actually. And the GTO had a lot of great things about it -- people just didn't want it. Ever driven one properly? And what about the G8, hm? Or the G8 ST? How about the new Chevrolet Camaro -- which is being entirely engineered in Australia? Do your research before you point fingers. :)

This is one of the most memorable entertainers of the 1980's. I remember when I first saw Max Headroom on TV doing the Coke Commercial and I instantly became a huge fan! Thanks Matt Frewer for creating such a great character.

I hope there is some kind of a story that digs deeper into the themes in the max payne game and develops those themes further otherwise this movie will get hammered by the critics and also would make for a boring movie with just special effects and guns and shit but characters we would not care about. Everyone who was on the drug experienced heaven/hell hallucinations. Like with that loony satanist (1st boss fight) who sacrifices blood to all the dark gods. And when max gets given Valkyr you hear lines like "the flesh of fallen angels". So chillax man, i reckon the director decided to take symbolism/metaphorical speak to new levels.

How is the movie not based on the game just from watching a short trailer? They cant just have a direct port from game to movie because that wouldn't really be that interesting if it follows the storyline 100%. If ur criticising it due to the 'angels' (or, Valkyr'ies as someone lovingly named them) then you cant have played the first game as there are countless heaven/hell references. The director just took symbolism one step further. p.s. im on my third run through of the two games ^^

This is something I discovered. In order to become a better total drummer, I took my kit apart, and drummed each piece individually. Every hat, cymbal, tom, snare I owned, I worked out on alone. It makes for better solos. Max Roach's Hat work was always a staple in my exercises.

Yeah, the movies dark aspects were very novel for Disney at this time, This was one of their first PG movies and the first with mild profanity (damn, hell, etc.) and REAL human deaths. This was the beginning of more adult themed released from Disney. But, at the time, I guess they needed to have some "kiddle" aspects thrown in...the robots immediately come to mind.
