Epica has covered it Necrophagist has covered it live I assume thousands of lesser known bands have as well. It is probably one of if not the easiest Death songs to play on guitar. I have used it it to warm up literally every day for like 12 years. Yes, he's in love with her but she is NOT a willing participant. Hence the screaming and her trying to get away. (He reminds her that there are wolves and other things outside his hideout ready to eat her). It's kind of the most un-lovey love song there is.
