I've been to the Pacific ocean before, and never did I see any plastic pollution in the ocean water when the waves roled onto the beach. My idea about cleaning up all that plastic garbage is having all the criminals inside our prisons here in the U.S.A. go out there and clean up all that plastic. Then they'll really wish they didn't commit their crimes and would do our societies a favor by keeping our enviroments clean. I have no doubt that the E.P.A. will do something about this.
