This is why you make back ups of your games/music/videos. This prevents the original copy from getting scratched/over used since its only used once to burn the copy.

no your fucking retarded. a cd has two layers, the bottom layer with the data on it, and the top layer that is just clear plastic material. The laser gets refracted from the scratches so it cant read the data underneath, resulting in skiping/freezing.

YOU GUYS R FUCKING RETARDED!!! u CAN NOT fix a cd, dvd, or videogame disc with this stuff... all it does is fill the scratch with a liquid and stays there... THATS ALL there is a "code" on each ring of the disc, that allows you to play movies, or a videogame THERE IS NO WAY TO FIX A SCRATCHED DISC THAT DOESN'T WORK... unless u get a new one
