Roger was always a great presenter of Pete's songs, as Pete has often acknowledged, but when he sings the songs he writes, himself, you hear a whole different dimension. i see how you got that conclusion bro, and i agree with you in some cases, But pete rock is truely amazing at what he does. Sampling is alot harder then it looks/seems/sounds. I been in music all my life and just got into sampling recently, i thought it was gonna be all simple and easy, but its more to the art then just taking a loop and putting drums over it.
