To really trip on these videos you have to see them on tv or at a higher res. Thanks to youtube's video compression you can't see the incredibly high framerate these movies play in. The framerate is so high you will almost swear you're looking at real life contraptions. These things blew my mind when I watched them on PBS, but it's all lost on here.

ure wrong too my friend. all of u here are wrong. this song is actually about a bodybuilder who wants to take part in a bodybuilding contest. he then devoted himself into an intense workout routine but he injured himself while working out excessively. he started taking up acting classes weeks after the incident. he wanted to change his destiny. words have it that he was able to do 70 pushups in a row and bench press over 450lbs. that is exactly what this song is about.

Ur wrong too. The song is 'bout the lead singer. When he wuz young(a freshman)he got his girlfriend pregnant then she had an abortion and he felt really guilty but he does not take rasponsability because it was her fault. In the song it says "Cant be held resposible, she wuz touching her face" In other words she seduced him. O, n the suicide actually isnt real, they simply put the suicide in the song to make it more interesting, a type of poetic thing.

Didn't care about her beyond that. She got pregnant, and rather than take responsibility, they pressured her into an abortion. She committed suicide shortly after. I figured it out... He's in the key of G#. The chords aren't hard, but the rhthym is a bit tricky. It's not your standard I IV V blues. The verse is basically G#,B,G,B, C#,B, C# C# B (4 times?) then E, B C# 3times folowed by a D#. The chorus goes F#, C# G#, F#,C#,G#, F#, C#, G#, F#, C#. You can use simple Root-5 (Power Chords?). There is a much better way to play the main riff in the verse but it would probably take me a year to tab it out. Anyway, have fun!! WILCOX ROCKS!! (and so can you!!)

I cant think of any other song or artist off the top of my head that does such an effective job of detailing all the things that go along with _ _ _ lol- back pain, growing twice as long, etc. Long Live Wilcox and his music. p.s. thanks, this has been our best year, with a second, a 1st in canada plus best drumcorps, and now this weekend we recieved 1st and best drumcorps on saturday and today we got first and best drumcorps giving us the aggregate for the two days and the title of G4 Washington State champs...so pumped this year , ive only been playing drums for 2 years and am already competing in a very talented g "3 skilled" g4 corps So boston? used to live there. have you seen any bands your intrested in?

ya I hard from some of my fellow corps drummers that SLOT will take it this year, which made me even more excited about the Worlds this year. so do you/have you played with a pipe band? I am a snare drummer in the NWJPB based near Seattle Washington. thats bad news about FMM, but the competition will still be fierce :)have you heard any news about any of the other bands? i hope strathclyde is doing good, i like the drumcorps, as well as 78ths and of course SFU

fmm's pm's pipes didn't strike in, he tried but his bag sprung a nasty leak or something. he kept on pretending to play and directing the band in the circle. there was another comp this year where the pm straight up didn't play in the circle. he wanted to listen to the chanters and figure out something that was wrong. plus strike-ins have been poor for a lot of bands this year. especially SLOT, even though they're close to the top this year.
