Yeah, I was thinking that you could throw some zinc and copper in them and have a battery. I saw these videos by ncbookz where he uses coke, fruit, copper, and zinc to produce electricty. Maybe if the plant gathered high contents of zinc and copper close to the acidic fluids the plant would produce voltage. Who knows.

Wow, that was very informative. I also learned that tomatoe greens (the part on the tomatoe top that is attached to the vine, plus the vine for that matter) is highly toxic to cats and can cause kidney damage, even death. I only know this as my little Kashmir nibbled on some I had on my counter and was deathly sick for 4-5 days. Needless to say, I take all greens off my tomatoes as soon as I bring them in the house.

Yeah I had some carnivorous plants like these here. You could get them at Home Depot-they sell like hotcakes! Or you can go buy them on-line and ship it to your home. Most of the time they're clones though. You need to be in a Hot, Humid environment-just like in the carolinas. Use Sphagnum peat moss as soil they don't need ordinary planting dirt. My favorite is the Pitcher plant(It grew very BIG traps). Its very resistant unlike the honeydew-which was the hardest to maintain. Very delicate.

lol yeah but they gotta be alive, i've had a couple and unless the bug is alive and moving it will think its just a leaf and wont shut properly, like at first it will. the moving stimulates the hairs which shuts tighter. i fed mine a mosquito that was dead and i was wondering why it didnt shut fully, then i fed it a fly without a wing on it moving around and after awhile it enclosed tightly on it. just squash the fly a bit so its moving but not dead and use tweezers.

Its a fantastic idea to keep your hands in your poskets when walking, particularly in a stream where the bed is made up of rock and pebble as smacking your head of bedrock and losing a few pints of blood greatly improves your chances of survival and improves morale no end! I was turning 15 when this album was announced. Songs In the Key Of Life was almost three years old and still burning up the radio. The anticipation was so thick that they even tried to play songs from it on the radio to whet your desire to buy it. People were disappointed in it because they were used to pop and burgers when he tried to introduce us to fine wine and prime steak. I listen til I liked it. It is the best album he ever did. He didn't play all the instruments, though he could have.

This is a great example of why some things that wokr in theater don't work on film. As far as seeing this in a show I think it would be great and audiences would get a kick out of it and laugh. But somehow on film it seems more realalistic and a downer. It doesn't fit with the rest of the movie. I'm glad they went with the second one.

I got to see them at the Benefit concert for hurricane Ike...I don't know what it was, but for me, it was amazing. I didn't know what to expect, because I was always a really hardcore, Zeppelin fan.
