My acne is horrible, I have horrible break outs on my forhead, and around my lips, I got nasty Zips and Black heads. So, I get rid of it by,First I use Alcohol free Stridex Pads and scrub my whole face, second, Facial Scrub, with small beads to clean pores, along with oils and dirt the pabs missed. On the clean side of the pab put some Facial Scrub and scrub your face.Them after that Apply Vanishing Acne Treatment Cream. (Use the cream with Benzoyl Peroxide, its the best to use) (Everyday use)

Its a lonely depressing road to have to walk man, but for all you younger people dealing with it now, I found that eating a proper diet and cutting out heavy, greasy and overly spicey foods made the best diference. Try to lay off the heavy drinking of alcohol too. Lots of water and get good amounts of sleep and use a light medicated cream. Thats about the only thing that helped me during the 12 years I walked around wishing I was dead. It will get better eventualy, keep your heads up.

I'm a guy, My face exploded about the time I turned 12, I had really bad red greasy irritated skin all through high school into college and I'm 23 now and in the military. I tried every chemical and commercial Proactive type treatment out there. I was almost at the point of commiting suicide during my high school years it was so bad. Now the acne is more or less disapearing but the scars are there for life.

i know how you feel mate, if i physicly didn't have to leave my house to go to work or to get food i wouldn't, it gets you really down and you just end up feeling a freak and thinking everyone is always staring at you, and only for it to start getting better then come back with avengance, and feeling that if i went to sleep and never woke up it would be the only time i would be at peace, :( hopefully it will be gone one day, keep your head up mate for your self

I cannot believe all the comments I am reading and what I am viewing :( Your skin gets traumatized when you don't leave it alone! Cosmetic acne is when you strip your stratum corneum/acid mantle which forms the barrier between the cruel outside environment and your immune system (your skin). i'm 17 and i've gone through the same thing and i'm left with cosmetic acne now:( right now i only use moisturizer and take multivitamins . but it wasn't my fault because there was NO ONE to tell me what to do and what to avoid...i had to decide about acne products at 13 so you wouldnt expect better results than that. but if i had a child and they were like 13-14 and suffered from acne i would do anything to make sure they dont ruin their skin trying to get the acne out . i'm sad now :(
