This is a great effect! When you are teaching someone, it is very important to speak clearly and slowly enough to separate words. I am just a little hard of hearing and although you can hear yourself, your words trail off at the end of the sentence and your speaking under your breath as though you are talking to yourself. Also your microphone is picking up a sound like a motor humming in the background,but I love your tutorial! also, state the selections name instead of "click here." Awesome !

To fade out the reflection I suggest the use of a gradient mask instead of using the eraser tool. The use of a mask enables you to undo or redo the fade until you obtain the desired effect and it can also be used on other images that need to have the same faded reflection, for example when creating buttons for a website. Cheers.
