I think it's about how in order to pull something big off, like a play or conert, everybody needs to work as a big group or team and support each other. At the beginning, you see everybody sort of separated, but at the end, everybody comes together as a big group while they sing the background vocals. And this relates to "you raise me up," because as a team they are all supporting each other and sort of raise each other up to be the best they can be. Many interpretations though :)
