The funny thing about the comment just below is that in the USA today, you could say the same thing about elite politicians... eh, Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush? --all wonderful thespians.

Amazing the idiots that try to say warming is natural or that it doesnt exist at all. I can tell you this..I dont need anyone to tell me that something is very wrong. I see it everyday,in the summer there are no honeybees, hardly any butterflies or fireflies(I live in the mountains and we used to be loaded with these)and all I see are houseflies, gnats and mosquitoes. Yeah, something is amiss and if you push it aside or ignore it..you are hurting yourself and sentencing our kids to death!

no matter what your view is on global warming/natural earth changes, pollution and littering-raping of our home-is a problem that we all should be aware of. we are basically destroying our children and grandchildren's future. just imagine that each little contribution we make to the destruction of our mother earth-everything negative we do to the planet, as being another dream of our children that has just crumbled before they are given the chance to live it.

Whyzit that those least informed seem to comment the most? Yes, the earth does go through regular, periodic episodes of warming and cooling. And yes, even though life on the planet is over a billion years old, we humans can still mess things up pretty bad. Hundreds of millions of years worth of carbon has been stored underground as coal and oil. Now, just since the industrial revolution we are rapidly releasing all this this stored-up carbon into the atmosphere. And CO2 is a greehouse gas, Duh?

OMG! The preponderance of comments from people denying the reality of or harm from global warming only shows how bad our education system has become. Yes, there is some disagreement over humans' role in the warming of the planet; but I've never heard any credible source maintain the position that global warming isn't happening, or that its effects don't spell disaster for the natural world. To deny the melting glaciers, dying coral reefs, the destruction of rainforests, that's plain ignorance.
By: vegheadproductions. on 09 Mar 08, 16:38:20
he he! yes, but the density of the gas would be much lighter and therefore easier for the environment to process :o)

im a great beleiver in reducing the waste and energy we use to reduce the polution on this amazing planet of ours . that said i dont beleive "global warming" is caused by man and taxing people globally is not a way of reducing carbon emissions ,its a con and just another vehicle there using to move towards world government . reducing polution is good using armageddon to do it is not!! . Expert decenting voices are not being heard yet the propaganda goes on and more people jump on the band wagon

global warming is bullshit period we should conserve and clean are acts up for general principal but if you think for one second that man has fucked this huge rock up in 170 years lol your crazy...the earth is 4 1/2 billion years old man is arrogant to think his emissions can have already started to take there toll and the whole ozone layer bullshit thing im not even gonna get into that (man has never seen the layer without a hole and it changes in size all the time)

Woody is on point on so many issues. I believe we must take much better care of Mother Earth than we have! However, the idea of global warming as a problem or, worse yet, a problem that humans created during a particular warming cycle is a egotistic fallacy. People, the Earth has warmed and cooled, back-and-forth, for trillions of years. G.T.F. over it, stop pointing fingers and just LOVE and care for Mother Earth the way we all know we should. Namaste!
By: attiliocg. on 04 Mar 08, 15:47:10
Yeah, but... then humans would be contributing excessively to warm GAS in the atmosphere! ;^]

I've seen some other material by Woody on his web site before youtube was around that were quite good. Sadly, I'm disappointed to find that Woody isn't more informed about Global Warming. That is that man only contributes about .3% to it and that this whole scenario was dreamed up by the global elitist to add one more way that they can control and tax you. Search youtube for the following for more info "Alex Jones - The Global Warming Scam"

There is nothing wrong with talking. If we don't talk, then we can't convince others that they need to take action too. But I hope all of you are talking with your own actions as I am doing. Do you find ways to reduce energy consumption in your house? Do you try to drive less? Do you tell your energy supplier you want to buy electricity from renewable sources? How about everyone post what YOU are doing to help!
By: vegheadproductions. on 05 Feb 08, 02:20:10
Woody, I am surprised that you did not offer being veg as a solution to global warming since the off gassing from animal agriculture is even more detrimental than fossil fuels. I love you anyway!
By: luv2playu. on 04 Feb 08, 15:26:07
Amen vanilla, people know what has to be done, it seems the government stands around talking about it constantly but they don't move. It takes them forever to get something done anyway.
By: commongrnd. on 31 Jan 08, 22:20:16
He totally left out energy CONSERVATION!! It's the best, easiest and most cost effective weapon we have to fight global warming. How can our spokespeople be missing that?!
By: vanillaskynet. on 31 Jan 08, 02:56:47
not to offend anybody, but i'm seriously sick of this videos,do u honestly think the plant is going to stay the same way for ever?,also stop talking about new resources and take some actions to making it happen, talking isn't gonna work, a lot of people are already doing that, ITS TIME TO TAKE ACTION
By: SgtCedar. on 30 Jan 08, 22:57:50
I never thought very highly of Woody Harrelson. This video completely changes my opinion. This is one of the best statement of the problem I have seen.
By: Bearcat989. on 30 Jan 08, 22:14:51
Fantastic. Now let's all get to work on solving this problem!
By: D2Duehren. on 30 Jan 08, 18:37:54
A good succinct statement.
