The newly elected congress has already begun meetings to decide which one of them will propose a bill making it mandatory to register all guns. It will be a felony to own a non registered gun. The government then has to the power to 'vote' in a gun ban. If it passes, guns are taken away. If you do not comply you will be thrown in prison.
